How to store image in database?

Hello everyone, I can't figure out how to properly store an image in a database.
During the development process, I kept them in the static folder, now I need to put the site in the public domain. For storage, I chose yandex cloud storage, okay, I can upload any photo there, but I can’t figure out how and where can I store information about this in the database now?

The name of the file inside the repository - store in the database.
The path to the project configuration repository.
The files themselves are in storage.
