How to stop wordpress from removing P tags?

Hello. Wordpress removes P tags in the html editor. Despite the fact that I don’t go into the visual editor at all and don’t switch. I just write some text in the tag, click save and immediately these tags disappear in the code editor window.

I googled, mostly people have such problems in the visual editor, but in my code editor. This started to happen after I updated wordpress.

In some places extra ones appeared, I solved the problem with the remove_filter( 'the_content', 'wpautop' );
