How to stop pm2 daemon from running script?

Good afternoon!
There is a certain parser (we catch "happy hours" in the local food delivery).
The parser should start at 14:00 - we hang it on the cron pm2 start parser.js.
Further, if the action has begun, we notify ourselves with a message in telegrams and stop the demon.
Question - how to call pm2 stop from a running script? Thanks.
