How to stop backup in ispmanager?

launched the backup process during the day, but it does not allow sites to work and ispmanager itself does not open either. I can log in through putty, but how can I stop this process?

It is better to start it not by hand.
Now you can log in via SSH. Use the top utility to find the process with the maximum CPU consumption, take its PID (leftmost column) and kill the process with the command kill %pid%.
You may have to restart ISP Manager after this.

@arround

Kick the gzip process and the scheduler process over SSH
