How to stop a redirect in js?

The situation is as follows: there is an extension in the Google Chrome extension store that automatically redirects from my site to another. How can I block this extension from working on my site or somehow stop this redirect?

What site, what extension? If a person installs an extension that redirects him to another site, then he is clearly loyal to that site.

To begin with, it would be nice to look into the insides of this extension, and find out exactly what condition the redirect is triggered by. Maybe there is no window.location check, and something can be changed.
