How to stay logged into your github account on Git for Windows?

The problem is that after each Push command, you have to enter your username and password. I tried via ssh-key, but something did not work out for me. What can you advise on my questions, just sometimes not pushy so as not to enter account information.

- change addresses in cloned repositories from HTTPS to SSH.
