How to start training in layout in 2019?

I know the basics -

html/css

I want to go freelancing in 2 months, since I’m going to a university soon, and I would like to earn money at least for food)
What should I focus more on studying in order to start earning (on landing pages, for example)?

Start by exploring search. There have already been answers on Toaster about how to learn layout. Toaster has already answered about what chances a layout designer has to earn freelancing. And on the Toaster they already answered what are the chances of earning freelancing without having at least a couple of years of office work behind them.

Go freelancing, make yourself a couple of portfolio sites, and learn while working! There is no better way. The main thing is not to work for free, but lower the price.
