How to start the system or copy at least files?

When the system starts, it gives errors
[sdb] no caching mode page found
[sdb] assuming drive cache: write throgh

This is after it crashed yesterday, the laptop was charged, and since the battery does not hold a charge, it immediately turned off, today I turn it on and such a disaster.
Linux is the second system with Windows, which does not see Linux files. how do i start linux or at least copy files from it?

Firstly, this is not a critical error, for example, my flash drive swears in dmesg when connected and nothing.
Secondly, you write that you have a laptop, how many disks does it have? since the error is about sd b and not sd a . Perhaps you just have a USB flash drive inserted during boot to which the system swears.
provided little information, at least took pictures of the download log

flash drive --> Unetbootin --> install any Linux distribution of your choice --> boot from the "flash drive" through the choice in the BIOS'e or through the boot menu, if the disk is not dead --> access the files) You
may need to BIOS disable Secure boot and put boot into Legacy mode. Good luck )
