How to start the path of a full-stack developer?

Hello!
Today a question arose.
It seems like I started to learn HTML, CSS, JS, but what else does a full-stack developer need or a front-end, but with an understanding of the back-end.
For example: sass, vue and so on.
What is the minimum set?
HTML CSS JS SASS VUE.js (REACT or similar) BOOTSTRAP what else?
I would like to know what to study and so on

1. Be able to assemble the front.
Base html/css/js stack plus framework to choose from - react/angular/vue
2. Be able to assemble back.
Nodejs, express, mongo/mysql/postgress. Or php and yii/laravel.
This is in short.
Start simple - from the front.

Open vacancies and look at the technology stack requirements.
The most popular is php/js. As soon as you grow to the level of middle in the front and backend, consider yourself a full stack. At least a couple of frameworks you should know for sure.
Full stacks usually do MVPs or prototypes. Something that can be done by one specialist without unnecessary bells and whistles. There are many such tasks.
