How to start learning programming under STM32?

I want to start writing programs for microcontrollers with arm architecture (stm32)
Advise where to start, as well as some books on general electronics in order to update university knowledge.

@MagoVinch

I found myself in a similar situation.
On the material side, there is another interesting option shop.easyelectronics.ru/index.php?productID=152 (DISCLAIMER: I do not advertise, I have no economic interests in this project). This is a debug board. In my opinion, it is very good for training, because the MC on it is not only tied with everything necessary, but the board is stuffed with typical devices for training tasks - a display, all sorts of LED indicators, a tweeter, a potentiometer, a keyboard, an Ethernet mezzanine module, etc. And he himself the STM32 module is like a mezzanine - instead of it, if desired, you can put the same AVR (the price of the issue is ridiculous, as I think). There are also debuggers. I just bought one for myself, just unpacked the box :) I don’t know how good everything is yet, but it looks pretty high quality.
By the way, if we talk about STM32DISCOVERY, then one of the applications (but not the only one!) Is insertion into a solderless breadboard, because. STM32 crystals are not available in DIP packages. Those. using STM32DISCOVERY, you can more freely mock up products (a naked MK is not very interesting, right?). It seems to me that this option is better for those who already have a specific scheme in their head.
I wish you success in your studies!

There is also something useful on this issue here: q-dex.ru/ProjDetail.php?prj=13
