How to start learning NodeJS?

Relatively recently, I started doing web programming, but I have already achieved a very small part. Namely: I
studied HTML & CSS, the basics with some deepening in JavaScript, OOP in JavaScript, MongoDB. Now it's time to move on and the choice fell on Node.js. So, please advise the resources for studying this miracle. It's just that most of these questions are outdated, and node is updated very often. I will be very grateful. Right now I'm watching an English course on NodeJS, but it's very difficult. watching videos and subtitles at the same time, it's very distracting.
