How to start learning ML?

At the moment I'm working on a project at work that asks for an ML model to be added to it and it would become super-cool. :)

Now there is experience in fullstack development (JS, React-Redux, SQL, PHP), in the past there was little experience in backend development in Python and SQL. In general, the presentation is small.

Well, tell me, who will advise what? How to start learning ML? Preferably books in Russian. Video courses are possible, but I don’t like them - it takes a lot of time.

I was glad that such questions were no longer asked. It's been like two or three weeks now. An no. Surely someone is lazy, but there is someone who is too lazy (or doesn’t know how? Does this happen today ???) ask Google a question yourself or at least scroll through a couple of pages of this same forum. And why, let others do it for him. Well, yes, it takes a lot of time and you have to make a decision yourself.
