How to start learning Hadoop?

Good day, I'll try to be brief.
Most of my experience is working in C++ in the field of image processing. Now I’m going to another job (as a Junior), where I will deal with Big Data and, as I was told, Data Analysis (I don’t know for sure yet, but I will work with Hadoop for 90% )
My question is...
Where to start learning Hadoop (preferably on Russian ), if in English it is worth reading "Hadoop - The definitive guide" or can you advise something else?
I almost never worked with Java in my life, maybe it's worth starting from the PL, and not from learning the framework?

Regarding the study of Java - it is better to start learning all the same. Because the hadoop infrastructure is not only hdfs & mapreduce, but also all kinds of spark, storm and many other scary words :)
You can learn java along the way, at first you can look at hadoop streaming.
The road will be mastered by the walking one, so do not be afraid and boldly take on the elephant.
