How to start learning Erlang?

I decided to learn Erlang, I liked the description of N20, which "offers to build event-driven web applications that interactively interact with the user without reloading pages." Interested in examples and a detailed analysis of the application code. Thank you in advance.

OP, you are me. Start with what you like best, it is important to do it with enthusiasm, and not rewrite examples from tutorials (otherwise you will end up with this, like I once did, lol).
I liked N2O - do something on it, in the current version the core has been completed almost to the ideal, for problems with entry there is a Russian-language conf in IRC and Gitter .
Reading at your leisure will also help (these books have absolutely everything you need):
1. Programming in Erlang (F. Cesarini, S. Thompson)
2. https://github.com/dyp2000/Russian-Armstrong-Erlang
3. learnyousomerlang .com/content

From parsing OTP, cowboy. C basics are shorter. Your N2O is a monster that is only needed for prototyping web applications. Personally watched. Something I did not take off with him, did not make friends.
PS It is necessary to make a thread attempt number 2 ...

"Learn Erlang for good!" (c) https://github.com/mpyrozhok/learnyousomeerlang_ru (Russian translation, still incomplete, as far as I understand) :)
I myself think to sit down and study this book. Plus, a fresh Russian-language video course appears on YouTube (while there is a current first lesson that I liked) from Yuri Zhloba - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CA7n38XJW-o
