How to start debugging in firefox and with devtools?

Hello everyone, today I learned how to use such a wonderful thing as a debbagger in the IDE, everything is cool, but there is one small problem, I don’t know how to run the debbagger in the browser I need and with devtools for the convenience of working with
Vue, the project is as standard as possible created through vue / cli (vue create - vue 2 default)
Whatever browser I try to choose, it still opens Google, and for some reason there is no access to plugins when the page opens, tell me MB am I doing something wrong?
