How to start a cron task at random time?

You need to run the nodejs script every two hours between 6 am and 9 pm random time.

I found a possible solution but I don't know how to change it for my case

Write just a different time in the crown ...
Like 6.10, 8.20, 10.09 ...
Why do you need a random time ???
