How to start a BP from 1C with transfer data there?

Tell me, is there such a task (maybe there is a standard solution using B24 and 1C - then please tell me which one): in 1C the BP is launched, that the person responsible for the CP has changed (for example) and you need to start a business process in B24 based on this BP with all the parameters from 1C at the desired employee in the News Feed with a description of the BP. And the employee must click Agree or No. After that, the BP from B24 closes and also closes in 1C.
