How to split text into blocks?

There is a page with text about the tour, where each day is described. All information about the tour is entered there manually through the TinyMCE editor. But when you look at the page code, everything looks like tags just with a different style. But there is a second site where the introduction of the tour program is done through the add. TV fields. And there is already a title, text, and so on. I also want to do this, but the second site where it was implemented was not done by me, and I can’t figure it out there. Maybe someone knows or someone did, because I don’t even know how to google it, much less how to implement it. Looks like this60993e0b2b160157571284.png

I think it's easier through migx.
This extension does not have the most friendly interface, it scares you out of habit.
Therefore, here are a couple of articles with examples:

I join the above answer, but then I recommend that you refer to this article migx in migx - make a direct constructor with blocks)
Option 2. TinyMCE RTE setting up a visual editor - it's easier)
