How to split incoming audio to 2 devices?

I have a microphone and a device in the "Sound" of Windows. I need the sound from my microphone to go to two such devices. I will process one channel and insert it into the bandicam, and the second, unchanged, will be heard by all the others, tobish, discord, game.

there is a checkbox - write sound to a separate track. bandicame
