How to split categories into tokens?

Good afternoon! Familiar with neural networks and machine learning, tell me how you can do the following:
There are, let's say 6 regions, they need to be somehow fed into the neural network, so I want to feed them as follows, the first region will be encoded as follows 100000, the third is - 001000, i.e. Thus, we will increase the number of neurons by the number of categories (in this case, regions), are there ready-made tools that can do this?
