Danil, upload the game to Google Play, ask your friends to download it, and have friends of friends download it.
Sharing your game on social networks. If the project is really interesting, you can try to go to vc.ru, there were such guys before you.
You were right to be sent to marketing. Above, I described the options for my own strength and are free. The rest is just advertising for your application. First you invest in advertising, and then you recoup your funds on in-game purchases (or whatever you have there).

To promote the game you need to do first not the first game. You need to work with bloggers, twitch streamers, media (especially those who are watched / read by your target audience). At the stage of writing a design document, you need to understand who your audience is and based on this, for example, make a setting. You can try publishing with a publisher that has a large user base. Although, now there is a lot of controversy on this subject about whether it is worth doing it, but personally I know the guys who did it and “could”. You need to experiment after launch, if it didn’t start from the very beginning, change the game’s economy / add features that make the game better, try to change something, maybe even radically (all this is done, mostly by random, you never know if a feature will work, or not). And finally, you need money. The developers of games like clash of clans pour millions of dollars into advertising, and no matter what game you have, you won’t pick up the audience and make the same one. You can still hope for luck, in game development you can’t do without it.
