How to speed up work with Mozilla Firefox (lots of history, bookmarks)?

Hello.
There are a lot of tabs, history in the browser.
It slows down terribly. Just enough. Processor, RAM. SSD.
It's not about the hardware. The browser hangs, is literally covered with black spots in the interface, requires a reboot, or crashes itself.
There are some extensions that would be a high-speed data storage in which you could store history, bookmarks. It's elementary, maybe someone attached Mysql, SQlite, whatever, so that all this kotovasiya works quickly?

When there are many bookmarks, Xmarks helps .
After the transition, there are no problems with freezes, synchronization was assigned when the browser was closed.
