What do you use to speed up web design development? Everything is interesting - from actions and plugins to meditative techniques and workflow organization methods. In fact, the organization of the process is more interesting than anything else.

UPD: we are talking about the graphic component of design development and work in the appropriate editors. Specifically, I'm working on PS CC 2014.

I'm not a designer, I can only judge from the experience of those with whom I now work:
- Try Sketch 3 if you have Mac OS.
- scripts for automating the routine (preparation of the grid, slicing graphics + retina, there are a lot of them)
- use the mouse less and set the exact coordinates more, learn hotkeys and all that
- combine common elements into groups and reuse them
