How to speed up the loading of the start page in chrome?

I have a page with regularly updated RSS feeds set as the start page in my browser. When I launch the browser, chrome first "waits" for something in the cache, because it loads the page, then the widgets with rss feeds are updated on this page. It takes about 30 seconds as a result. I really want this page to load in the background, right after starting the computer, so that when I open the browser, the page already appears instantly and with updated rss feeds. What can be configured and tweaked in chrome so that the launch of the start page is as instant as possible? It is even better if the browser window does not appear on the monitor after clicking on the shortcut until the page is completely ready, that is, the browser appears with the start page already open, loaded, updated.
