How to speed up the build of Angular in the cloud for production?

As the number of application copies grows, I have a problem when one project takes 10-15 minutes to build (2vCPU / 4GBRAM + 4GBSWAP VPS).
On a local machine with Core i5/16GB RAM, it takes 3 minutes
. What if the number of copies grows to the point where it is impossible to control and plan the time for updating projects?
Wouldn't it be the best option to make a large VPS for the build and copy files to small VPS or S3 compatible buckets? Or how do they do it?
