How to speed up pug build?

Hello. Help me please. How to speed up Pug build?

Most likely the problem is due to the fact that when you change one file, all the other files are completely assembled, although they have not changed, it takes much more time and grows as the number of files in the project increases.
I have tried various solutions to this problem in the past, and gulp-cached turned out to be the most successful . It is easy to connect, suitable for any tasks in the galpa, and most importantly, it really works (unlike many other similar ones)!
If you can look at my galpa starter pack , everything is there. There is also a light version of this starter pack , it is somewhat truncated, it may be easier to figure it out, this plugin is also there.
