Installed Ubuntu Server in VitualBox. Decided to download this file. First, the speed is 1-2 Mbps, then it drops, it becomes less than 100 kbps. Previously, Lubuntu stood in virtualbox - there the speed was even 3-4 Mbps, which is even higher than on Windows 8.1. I tried to download the file through Firefox - the speed was about 1-2 Mbps, and did not fall below 1 Mbps. What could be the problem?
