How to speed up i2p warm up?

There are two i2p nodes. The first one is on a remote server, it works continuously 24/7. The second is local, periodically turns on and off. Is it possible to somehow speed up the start of the second node by synchronizing with the first one?
For example, for the second node to download the current list of peers from the first one. Or for the second node to drive traffic through the first one until it raises its own tunnels.

@Ocelot

it is enough to let the node collect the base of routers once, then it will start quickly.
for this one time, you can manually copy netdb.
