How to speed up firebird base repair process?

Some people claim that the repair time for the firebird database has reached almost a minute with a database size of 3 TB, although in my example I can say one thing to backup a 500GB database resource with skipping indexes and activation after 1 day comes out. At the moment, I was only able to speed up what would be the backup resor at the same time, thereby saving time!
Is it possible to speed up the repair of the base, at least not to minutes, but to hours. otherwise stopping the base for a day is a big sadness
