How to specify which browser to open the page with?

Hello!
There is a task - to connect push notifications and subscribe to them on the page I need. The problem is mobile traffic. If a user opens a link via Telegram or Facebook, then the browser built into them opens to preview pages, and the subscription to push notifications does not work in them.
What are the ways to win it?
1) Is it possible to somehow arrange the link so that when you click on it, the default browser opens, and not the preview?
2) Is it possible to prescribe a condition in the page code so that when the page is opened in the Facebook preview and the telegram, the system would open it in a normal browser?
