How to specify the size of objects in GridView?

How to specify the size of the GridView objects so that they are located on the screen in several columns, taking up the entire space (without black bars, as, for example, when viewing 720p, I saw it on a 4:3 display)?
What I've tried:
* Auto: Objects are arranged in 1 column.
* px: I tried to specify the values in pixels, but I couldn't find the width/height for all emulators/devices. Something always looks wrong somewhere.
In Windows 8.1, I simply selected the values in pixels, focusing on the 10.6" 1366x768 emulator and got a more or less adequate result (I checked it on 10.6" 1920x1080 and 23.6" 1920x1080 displays), but for some reason it doesn't work on WP 8.1.
