How to specify the path to the logs in Symfony?

There is this code:

$logger = new Logger('inbound_api');
$logger->pushHandler(new StreamHandler( "var/logs/inbound_api.log", Logger::INFO));
$logger->info('0 rows updated for product code: ' . $productStock[self::REQUEST_FIELD_PRODUCT_SKU]);

You need to make the path to the log folder using Symfony variables, preferably built-in ones
