How to specify partitions manually when installing centos (Xen, HVM)?

The essence of the question is that I want to create a paravirtual machine, in general, I have already done it.
I wanted the machine to be on an LVM partition, in fact I created a logical LVM volume, connected it, created an HVM machine, booted from the centos 6.5 installation image, and began the installation process. The problem is that when working with a virtual machine, apparently not a standard monitor driver is used there (if I express myself correctly), in other words, the installation process is slightly different from nogui mode, the menu items are different, and there is no manual partitioning item.

The situation is similar with the use of paravirtual mode.
I booted from the disk through the hornbeam, although I manually specified the kernel .... but as a result, in the console mode in the paravirtual machine, I can install the system from the disk ....

But I want to manually specify the partition layout, since in automatic mode it creates LVM volumes there ... and using LVM inside LVM is nonsense)))

I tried to prescribe the video model
libvirt.org/formatdomain.html#elementsVideo
in the config. No results, the installer always loads without gui and there is no way to split the disk, and it creates LVM volume machines...
