How to specify a static IP?

I need a Windows computer to receive the following ip: 192.168.185 .
How can I do this on a Windows system?

1 Create a variable for the sum, another one for the number of numbers
2 Read the numbers until we get 0 and for each number check the two-digit condition and divide by 7, if it is true, add the number to the sum and increment the counter
3 Divide the sum by the number

If you want it to receive exactly the same IP, then you need to configure not windows, but the thing that issues these IPs . Router, or whatever you have doing it.
Or you can open the network settings and manually enter any IP address you like.
