How to specify a date range in a filter (each date element in a separate input'e)?

Hello. Can you advise if there is a ready-made plugin (of type datetimepicker ), only with the ability to specify date elements (day, month, year) in separate inputs, as in the figure:

It would be nice if the specified date is still written to the hidden input, and passed on the backend in the format 23/11/2018
In the datetimepicker, you can specify an interval, but this is in one input (from-to), or maybe there are some settings that I haven’t found yet?
