How to space computers and cameras into different subnets?
I ask you not to kick much for a banal question, but how to organize a separate subnet for ip cameras? There is a network for computers (192.168.0.1), and you still need to create a separate network (192.168.1.1) for CCTV cameras. And most importantly, to be able to reach the DVRs from any network (having both cameras and computers on the same network, there is a lot of traffic walking, which leads to a heavy load on the network)

I answer from the bell tower "they won't give a lot of money"
If you have a lot of cameras and even HD, then take them not just to a separate subnet, but in general to a separate hardware, just move the cameras to a separate vlan (and for this you need already managed switches) you will not it will save you, there is generally no traffic from ARP cameras and they do not load the network for them (that is, the cameras load the hardware with useful traffic, and LANs hit subnets mainly for security reasons and reduce arp traffic).
cameras -> video surveillance server -> router
computers ----------------------------------------/
and let your cameras hang out in a separate physical network, and only the butts of video servers in the main network.
Even when spreading to different Vlans using L3, the load on the central switch will remain, because spamming traffic from cameras will not go anywhere and will load L3, so choose L3 with good bus bandwidth.
