=TRIM(REGEXREPLACE(A1;"(^|\s|\b)+[^A-ZА-ЯЁ ]+"; ""))

The regular expression in REGEXREPLACE looks for NOT capitalized words and replaces them with empty space. TRIM removes extra spaces.
