How to sort music rotation correctly?

Oh, good evening, I guess. I have a question here that is bothering me.
There is a musical rotation for 7 thousand+ tracks. Among these tracks the genres are:
Trip-Hop
Downtempo
And various kinds of chill directions. (More than 15 pieces).
And the question arises, how to sort the rotation by time?
Let's say Morning / Day - Trip-Hop, Evening - Downtempo, Night - Chill.
If sorted by BPM, how would it be done correctly?
In the morning there should be energetic music, during the day to maintain the mood, energetic in the evening, calm or balanced at night.
Maybe there are some scripts for this? Well, or your opinion, how to disassemble it with your hands?
Who will help?

It seemed like a useful undertaking. However, don't sweat it. Those preferences that you mentioned, strictly speaking, only work for you and some other percentage of people. This is solely your understanding of energetic music, or calm, or whatever. Of course, there is some statistical optimum, but the advantage is not as large as it seems. Moreover, a set of genres creates a more or less uniform texture.
If you bother, then you need to sort not only by bpm, but also by the harmonic component. Complex jazz harmonies from the morning will not please everyone. Plus, it would be nice to sort by the brightness of the arrangements. Here the question is quite open.
