How to sort bitrix:catalog.section by sections?

Items are output through the catalog.

I want it to be displayed in alphabetical order of sections or by their order, now it can only be in alphabetical order of the names of the elements.

All elements should be displayed at the beginning, and then when I click on each brand, I get this brand with Ajax.

1. Create a text property "Section name"
2. When changing / adding an element, hang up a handler that takes the nearest section and saves its name in the property from item 1
3. In the data selection (arOrder), specify the first sorting direction -in from item 1, the second direction is the name of the element itself
