I found the answer to my question, if you encounter such a problem, then the solution is simple.
Demolish the yunk completely, go to the microsoft website ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/lates... ) download the x64 pack, install, restart the PC, install the yunk back, run with admin rights , ready!

Probably not enough disk space.
Or, try running the hub with admin rights.
Never encountered such a problem.
In general, I recommend older versions of Unity, at least the 21st year. Better yet, the 20th.
