How to solve this problem with owl carousel?

I have such a site and I used owl carousel on it. Block 6 in the navbar (Companies that successfully use SWOT analysis)

Here it is on mobile (look at 375px) when I scroll the first time it scrolls, but when I try to scroll to the bottom the second time it goes back 1 slide and won't let me scroll slider to the end.
How to decide?
