Please tell me how to solve the problem with spam. There are a number of boxes on nic.ru, spam is pouring on them.
1. I set up the collection of mail via Mail on an iPhone - spam is pouring in.
2. Enabled antispam on nic.ri - spam is pouring in.
3. Set up mail collection via Gmail - spam is perfectly filtered, but gmail checks mail once an hour and cannot be changed in any way, and response speed is important
4. Set up mail collection via Yandex - even worse, it's not at all clear how often it collects mail.
How to solve the problem so that puch messages come to the phone immediately when they arrive at the server and are filtered normally from spam?

The correct solution is to transfer mail, for example, to biz.mail.ru or pdd.yandex.ru, mail will be filtered upon receipt.
Forwarding instead of collecting mail, as advised above, will also help, but this slightly increases the chance of losing valid letters.
