How to solve the shortage of in-apps purchases?

There was a big difference between our purchase stats (flurry, GA, server) and Apple's stats (read paid purchases). Approximately 70% of INEPs were not paid. Well, not 70% of us have jailbreaks? or maybe?!

Support replied that they had no failures, and the statistics of third companies are not evidence for them.

Is there any statistics on how many unpaid purchases per user? Those who install the in app cracker will soon be buying all the in-game stuff they can.
You can fight with the help of an additional verification of the purchase after payment.

It kind of hints… I heard that there is such an application as a DLC that can bypass in-apps purchases.
