How to solve the problem with the second monitor and keyboard?

The point is.
Two monitors work fine. The problem came to light later, when I had to sit down remotely.
When you turn on the remote desktop, the keyboard starts to work incorrectly.
First, when entering numbers on the keyboard, it turns out that they are entered with the shift key held down, that is, similar characters are entered. !"№;%%:?* etc. I started googling, it turned out that scroll-lock was somehow enabled. I found a solution how to fix it. By simply pressing the scroll-lock on the physical keyboard, it did not turn off. I turned
on the virtual one and there it turned off After a
short time, this problem occurs
again.When you turn off the second monitor, everything works - okay.
The second time, scroll-lock was not even turned off, the key combination ctrl + alt + shift (clamped) was performed, although no one pressed it, the whole thing can be seen on the virtual keyboard.
This is the first time I've encountered such a problem. There are no viruses 100%, Windows is almost clean.
Tried another keyboard - same result.

@alexperetz

If anyone is interested, it turned out that something fell under the shift button on the main keyboard, it was not with the second monitor, when I connected the second keyboard, the effect was preserved. because the shift key was pressed on the main keyboard
