How to solve the problem with the lack of a server with a hosted service in 1C?

Hello!
The following problem occurs periodically: users cannot log into 1C and a message appears:
No server was found with the hosted service serviceName=SessisonDataService; ref=base2018; sessionID=deaaa224a-bb4d-473-bc-254785189fdrt
Client-server connection option. DBMS - MS SQL 2005 9.0.5057. Platform - 8.3.10.2580.
OS - MS Windows Server 2003 R2.
It is solved by restarting the Agent Server 1C: Enterprise 8.3 service, but then it occurs again.
