How to solve the problem with the D-LINK Dir-615 router?

I recently decided to install Windows 8.1 on my PC.
After installation, it was necessary to set up the Internet, I set everything up, according to my mind. Then I decided to connect the D-LINK Dir-615 router, again everything went well. After 2-3 weeks of using Windows 8.1, WI-FI began to turn off, and it turned off literally for 10-15 minutes, then again distributed WI-FI. Well, I decided to climb the Internet, and came across the fact that, supposedly, I need to change the firmware of the router to a newer one. I downloaded from the official site installed. And in the end, a very strange thing happened - the power indicator is on, and all the other indicators "died"
Help, please, I hesitated
