How to solve the problem with the CNC when displaying news from the infoblock in Bitrix?

Please tell me how to solve this problem.
Task: display news from the infoblock at a URL like xxx/news/element_code.html
What I did:

1. Created an infoblock with the news external code.
   Settings: Information block page URL #SECTION_CODE#, Detail view page URL /#SECTION_CODE#/#ELEMENT_CODE#.html
   
2. Created a section where I added the bitrix:news component
   Settings: General list page and section page #SECTION_CODE#, Detailed view page /#SECTION_CODE#/#ELEMENT_CODE#.html
   

Problem:
When clicking on the link xxx/news , a list of news is visible, the news generates the correct URL of the form xxx/news/element_code.html , but there is no detailed view of the news on this link, but there is still the same list of news.
Tell me what I did wrong, or what else needs to be done.

for the place of ELEMENT_ID you write #ELEMENT_CODE#.html
you break all SECTION_CODE
