How to solve the problem with technical communications?

Colleagues, hello.

At work (development) they drew my attention to the fact that I have problems with technical communications. I am not able to immediately form a thought, a question in a form understandable to colleagues: insufficiently precise terms that allow ambiguous interpretations, an excessive or insufficient number of questions.

If someone explains something to me, then I have to explain it several times, because in the previous explanation I missed some important point, which I considered unimportant because I did not know about its importance. Here it is worth noting that I learn better from my mistakes.

At the same time, my interpersonal communications are highly appreciated.

How can this situation be improved? Books, methods?

1) read monographs. I will never get tired of repeating that this is an extremely useful thing that puts in order that fragmented mess of useful things that is obtained in the brain from fragmentary studies from articles, blogs, practical situations, random communications.
2) write articles in a blog (as an option - on habr, reddit, etc.)
3) make presentations at conferences and meetups (and a lot of other events of this kind, what the hell are they called) - you need some kind of discussion club on a technical topic (and related ones too) ). So that you can level up and learn how to take a polemical blow from an audience that plays "kill the teacher" - smartly develops.
