How to solve the problem with SEO optimization in PrestaShop 1.6?

Hello!
I read on many sites that PrestaShop 1.6 is the best of the free ones, with great support for modules. I was seduced and put it, since I am zero in the field of scripts for an online store. Well, in fact, PrestaShop 1.6 is beautiful, it really has modules, but more to the point.
I generate the sitemap using the "Google sitemap v2.3.9 - by PrestaShop" submodule. I set it up like this:

But there are a lot of extra links in the search engines. They are not in the sitemap that this module generates. tobots.txt blocks .js scripts, the absence of which prevents search robots from correctly indexing the site. Moreover, in search engines, links to the products themselves are on the last pages of the search engine, and first, links to the sitemap, suppliers, manufacturers, new products, categories, etc. The first of them are not in the sitemap at all.
Help, please, to solve this problem.

Have you forgotten about robots.txt?
In prestashop settings there is a button "generate robots.txt"
