How to solve the problem with Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) - 14.0.24210?

After installing the Xilinx Vivado 2017.1 program, I had a problem installing this package. When installing, it says that the package is already installed on the system. But this window appears every time I start it. After an installation error, nothing starts. I decided to check the system and was surprised. This package is not listed in the system at all. So I'm thinking how to solve this problem: it seems like it exists, but it doesn't exist. I tried to solve the problem according to the instructions on the Internet, but it did not help. Xilinx Vivado 2017.1 downloaded from the official website of the manufacturer.

Problem solved. It is necessary to remove the newest packages 2015, 2017. Then it will be installed. To fix Vivado launch. It turns out that the problem is on the side of the Xilinx programmers. It is necessary to edit the checks of the installed package in the loader.bat file by commenting out the xvcredist.exe check block.
PS You don't need to uninstall the latest versions of Visual C++ Redistributable, just comment out the check for the latest versions.
